Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with the Plantful mobile application (the "Service") operated by Mavelli FZCO ("us", "we", or "our").

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Plantful mobile application. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service (the "Plantful Premium Services") are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). A valid Apple iTunes or Google Play account is required to process the payment for your Subscription. Subscriptions are paid in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").

At the end of each Billing Cycle, the Subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off in your iTunes or Google account at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. You may cancel your Subscription renewal anytime through your account settings. Your membership will remain active for the duration of the already-paid Billing Cycle.

Refunds

You consent to begin using Plantful Premium Services immediately upon starting your Subscription. You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days if you have not started using the Premium Services. To exercise this right, email: contact@mavelli.io.

Fee Changes

Mavelli FZCO may modify Subscription fees at any time. Any fee changes will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle. We will notify you in advance, allowing you to cancel or continue your Subscription.

Content

Our Service allows you to post, upload, link, store, and share various types of content ("Content"). You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of the Content you post.

By posting Content, you grant us a license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute it. You retain all ownership rights but agree that others may also view and use your Content.

You confirm that:

• The Content is yours or you have rights to use it.
• Posting it does not violate any rights of others.

Content must not:

• Be false, misleading, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Include unauthorized advertising or malware.

Violation may result in termination of your account.

Accounts

When creating an account, you:

• Must provide accurate and current information.
• Are responsible for safeguarding your password.
• Must notify us of any unauthorized use.
• Must not use offensive usernames or impersonate others.

You agree not to:

• Use bots or scrapers to access data.
• Upload viruses or compromise security.
• Access restricted areas of the Service.

Copyright Policy

We respect others' intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on the Service, email us at contact@mavelli.io with detailed information.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may discontinue use at any time.

Mavelli FZCO and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or secure;
• Errors or defects will be corrected;
• The Service is virus-free;
• Results from using the Service will meet your expectations.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding our Service.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance. By continuing to use the Service after updates take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
